Questions
Word is a five-letter word puzzle with six guesses. Number is a 6 by 6 sudoku. Logic is Queens: place one queen in every row, column and colored region so that no two touch, on a grid that grows from 6 by 6 on Monday to 9 by 9 on Sunday. A new set arrives at midnight your time, and everyone gets the same puzzles.
Yes. Every puzzle is free, there are no ads, and there is nothing to buy in the app.
Yes. Unlimited gives you as many word, Number and Logic puzzles as you like, plus classic 9 by 9 Sudoku in Easy, Medium and Hard. Logic lets you pick a grid from 6 by 6 to 9 by 9. Unlimited keeps its own stats and never counts toward your streak, groups or leagues.
Yes. The app downloads daily puzzles two days ahead, so you can play on a plane or a train. Unlimited puzzles are made on your phone and need no connection at all. Results are sent the next time you are online.
Play any daily puzzle to the end, solved or not, and your streak grows by a day. Every 7 days in a row earns a freeze, and you can hold two. A freeze covers a missed day automatically. If your streak still breaks, you have two days to play the missed puzzle from the Today screen and get it back.
Yes. Create a group, pick its games and invite people with a 6-character code, a link or a QR code. Groups hold up to 50 people and show who won today, points for the week and all-time records, and members can react to each other's results. You can also add friends by username and compare streaks and head-to-head results.
Your first daily result of the week puts you in a league with up to 30 other players. Your points are the sum of your daily scores from Monday to Sunday. When the week closes, the top players move up a tier and the bottom few move down, through six tiers from Tide Pool to Abyss. You can turn leagues off in Settings.

You can play without an account. The app creates a random player ID and sends your puzzle results to our server so streaks and boards work. A name, username and Sign in with Apple are optional. There are no ads or tracking, and you can delete everything from Settings. The privacy policy has the full list.
